Job Description

As an Application Engineer, you are technically responsible for the development and implementation of hydraulic drive systems and act as the point of contact for technical questions.

Analyzing customer requests and identifying technical specifications and risks.Designing and configuring hydraulic drive and control systems within budget and schedule.Guiding technical projects, from detailed engineering to production.Supporting internal and external stakeholders with technical expertise.Preparing technical documentation and construction files according to applicable standards.Actively contributing ideas for innovations and improvements within drive technology and system design.

QualificationsTechnical Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.Strong technical insight and thorough knowledge of hydraulic drive systems and applications.Understanding of mechanical constructions/mechanics.Experience with relevant 2D (CAD) drawing and design packages and preferably SAP/PP.Good communication skills and ability to convey technical knowledge.Hands-on mentality with problem-solving skills.Flexibility and willingness to support customers on location if necessary.Language skills: fluent in English, Dutch and French is a plus.
