1. 本科及以上学历，机械、汽车、材料等相关工程专业，2-10年汽车行业研发或应用工程相关经验，有平台项目应用管理经验者优先。

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Automotive, Materials or other related engineering majors; 2-10 years of relevant experience in automotive R&D or application engineering; experience in platform project application management is preferred.

2. 熟悉汽车产品开发流程（APQP/PPAP优先），掌握平台项目应用逻辑，具备扎实工程知识，有包装相关知识者优先。

2. Familiar with automotive product development processes (APQP/PPAP preferred), master the derivation logic of platform projects, possess solid engineering knowledge; packaging-related knowledge is preferred.

3. 熟练使用CAD软件（如Autocad、UG）及主流办公、工程工具，具备技术文档撰写能力。

3. Proficient in CAD software (e.g., Autocad, UG) and mainstream office & engineering tools, with technical document writing ability.

4. 英语听说读写良好，能独立与国外同事开展会议沟通、技术对接及文档往来。
