Job DescriptionParticipant in customer projects from acquisition phase to production stages according to PEP (perspective of cost, quality and time). 参与客户项目从报价阶段开始的技术评估 （前期成本，产品质量和开发周期的评估）Customer technical requirement understanding and assessment, and evaluate design solutions/concept for production building line. 客户技术要求的理解和评估，评估设计方案应用于生产的可行性。Industrialization for product design with drawings, bills of materials (BoM), and product release. 应用于工艺生产的产品物料清单，产品放行等。Professional technical support to internal customer on wiper arm level (technique feasibility, etc.) 为Bosch内部客户提供刮杆产品的专业技术支持 （比如技术可行性评估等）Cooperate (/interactive contact) with other Bosch regions for technical topics. 与Bosch内部以及外部客户的技术话题合作与讨论Participation of system problem solving for product failure. 参与涉及到系统失效案例的技术支持和讨论Conduct IMDS, ECR, involve in DFMEA/PFEMA. 执行完成IMDS，ECR，参与DFEMA/PFEMA等Part deviation evaluation and negotiation. 零件的偏差申请评估和让步评估Technique risk analysis and assessment.  技术风险分析和评估Provide technical support / assist to the manufacture department and quality assurance department.  为生产和质量部门提供技术支持和协助Other tasks assigned by department leads.  其他部门领导安排的工作内容

QualificationsBachelor degree or above. 本科及以上3+ Years work experience in automotive product design. 3年以上汽车行业工作经验Wiper arm or wiper system design experience is preferred.雨刷杆或雨刷系统设计相关工作经验优先Cross functional department working experience is preferred. 跨部门工作经验优先NX or other CAD tool experience is highly desired. NX或者CAD等工具的运用能力Experienced in MS-office, good computer skill. 熟悉 MS-Office, 良好的电脑技能Ability to lead cross functional teams. 领导跨职能团队的能力Good communication skill with team and customers and management. 与团队、客户和公司管理层的良好沟通技巧Work under pressure.  抗压能力强Good English language skills both written and spoken. 熟练掌握英文的读写听说. SAP or similar ERP experience is a plus. SAP或者ERP系统经验加分Familiarity with Product Engineering Process(PEP) is a plus. 熟悉PEP/PQAP产品开发流程加分Strong problem solving and analytical skills. 具有较强的问题解决和分析能力Familiar with metal or plastic material. 熟悉金属件或塑料件的制造流程DRBFM mindset. 以失效模式进行设计分析的意识和认知Intercultural skills to work with Europe and AP region. 具备与欧洲以及亚太地区同事沟通的技巧和能力
