Job Characteristics:
Comprehends best practices, supports customer technical needs, technical proficiency. Responsible for providing technical consulting services that leverage company's intellectual property and assist the sales force in increasing account revenue. Provides expert advice and assistance to internal staff and customers in specific areas of expertise.

Responsible for providing technical support to current customers. Expert in equipment installations & performing system analysis. Embodies safety leadership. Accountable for technical service support to customers. Develops others’ understanding based on expertise; Coaches/Mentors other Field Service Reps. Recognized as an expert in a minimum of one area.
Education/Work Experience:
Degree in Engineering, Chemistry or technical field. 3 + years technical experience.
FOR EUROPE
Degree or equivalent required and 4+ years experience in industrial/mechanical environment. Water treatment experience preferred
Independence Level/Reports to:
N/A

High level of independence. Normally would report to Area Manager or District Manager
