In this role, you’ll play a critical part in delivering and supporting our cutting-edge **FlexNet Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) SaaS solutions** , helping utilities and communities better manage water, gas, and electric resources. You’ll collaborate closely with our Software Solutions team to **release, enhance, and troubleshoot FlexNet products** , while also serving as a Tier 3 escalation point for customer support. Your work will include **remotely commissioning and maintaining AMI solutions,** developing automation and support tools, and participating in Tier 2 on-call rotations.
