Here, you will have an immediate and measurable global impact by addressing the world’s daily water needs, while also having opportunities to develop your career and accelerate your professional growth.** **Driven by the most urgent challenges related to climate change and global health, we work together in a rapidly digitalizing industry to develop innovative technologies that ensure the safety of our water and our environment.** **Learn more about us:** **https://www.hach.com/about-us** **Application Development Manager (ADM)** **Location:** **Mexico – Remote** **Responsibilities** + Achieve sales targets established by leadership, driving growth in key applications within the water and wastewater industry. + Develop and execute the annual business plan in collaboration with OpCo and LatAm sales teams, defining marketing tactics and commercial action plans aligned with growth objectives. + Act as a strategic liaison between sales, business units, product development, and marketing, channeling relevant technical and market information. + Maintain a high level of technical expertise in associated applications and products, particularly in flow measurement and water treatment processes. + Actively participate in priority commercial opportunities, providing advanced technical consulting and support in complex applications. + Train and coach internal teams, customers, and channel partners on process instrumentation, flow optimization, and water treatment applications. + Provide on-site support to field sales and partners in complex technical cases. + Collect, analyze, and present information during Problem Solving Review (PSR) meetings. + Develop technical marketing content and value propositions to support transformational and digital marketing initiatives. + Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to define and execute strategies in assigned vertical markets. + Represent the company at technical seminars, trade shows, and industry events. + Provide technical support in meetings with environmental agencies and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with local regulations. + Manage and keep opportunities updated in the CRM system. **Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or a related field. + 3 to 5 years of experience in technical applications, consultative sales, or similar roles within the water industry, industrial processes, or analytical instrumentation. + Strong knowledge of process instrumentation and flow measurement. + Knowledge of water treatment processes and production processes in industries such as Food & Beverage, municipal, or chemical. + Critical thinking and strong analytical skills. + Experience using CRM systems. + Intermediate to advanced English (reading, speaking, and writing). + Availability for frequent travel. **Conditions** + 100% Remote (Mexico). + Reports directly to the Commercial Director. **Hach is proud to be part of Veralto’s Water Quality segment (NYSE: VLTO), a $5 billion global leader dedicated to ensuring access to clean water, safe food and medicines, and trusted essential goods.
