Are you someone who can:

Provide input into the budgeting process and monitor utilization for the financial year according to the operational planProduce or review budget reports to make sure they accurately reflect work activityEnsure financial documentation is maintained to support accurate record keeping and future legislative requirementsEscalate potential budget risks that may lead to increased costs or financial lossesPresent work proposals on planned activities that will require financial resourcesGuide and mentor development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.Promote collaboration, inclusivity, and knowledge sharing across teams.Improve developer experience and reduce change failure rates.Drive more frequent and reliable deployments.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

Minimum 5 years in IT, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Exposure to commercial banking systems, especially financials and user information.Experience in the banking industry is advantageous.
