Application Developer Team Lead

The Opportunity:

As a Corporate Services Technology Manager, you will manage an application development team of software developers, business analysts and project managers. Your team will work with our Corporate departments to provide software solutions and support their daily operations. You will oversee the team's performance; align team actions with firm and group goals; and support employee career growth through coaching and assignments. You will report to the AVP of Corporate Services Technology.

The Day-to-Day:

Hire and develop talent of the teamSupport team for essential business functionsContribute during the solution design process, solidify the technical vision and lead important technical decisionsDevelop a domain and solution space and establish partnerships with our usersHelp with vendor selection and due diligence effortsManage all phases of various projects from envisioning through deploymentPerform code reviews, critique architecture, technical design and hands-on coding as neededWork onsite, under management, in a team-based and open office environmentImprove projects and adjust SDLC practices as needed

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience3+ years hands-on software development project leader experience7+ years as a Software Developer or a Software ArchitectDemonstrated experience leading a technical development teamExperience leading development projects using .NET Framework, .NET Core, Angular/JavaScript/React and SQL databasesBroad technology experience throughout systems development lifecycle, DevOps, and various areas of technology architecture (cloud-native architectures, infrastructure, application architecture, data architecture, security, and integrations)Experience with Agile development principles and methodologiesFinancial Services experience requiredWorking with enterprise products like Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and wealth management platforms is a plus

Compensation:

$150,000 - $200,000 base salary per year in the state of WA - New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experienceEligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
