**Your role and responsibilities**
As an Associate entry level Application Developer at IBM, you'll work with clients to co-create solutions to major real-world challenges by using best practice technologies, tools, techniques, and products to translate system requirements into the design and development of customized systems. In your role, you may be responsible for:
Working across the entire system architecture to design, develop, and support high quality, scalable products and interfaces for our clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define technical specifications for generative AI projects
Employing IBM's Design Thinking to create products that provide a great user experience along with high performance, security, quality, and stability
Working with a variety of relational databases (SQL, Postgres, DB2, MongoDB), operating systems (Linux, Windows, iOS, Android), and modern UI frameworks (Backbone.js, AngularJS, React, Ember.js, Bootstrap, and JQuery)
Creating everything from mockups and UI components to algorithms and data structures as you deliver a viable product
**Required technical and professional expertise**
• Services Integration Exposure: Exposure to implementing integration components using services integration, WebSphere Integration Developer (WWI), IDD, and BPEL, adhering to industry best practices and standards. • Process Modeling Knowledge: Experience working with process models (BPMN), service models, and business object models to streamline development and testing of Automated Process projects. • Workflow Orchestration Understanding: Exposure to creating applications that integrate various systems, demonstrating a solid understanding of process workflow and orchestration. • Customization Experience: Experience working with customization of models and processes during solution outline, development, testing, and operation phases. • Industry Capability Models Familiarity: Exposure to industry-specific capability models, applying this knowledge to inform development and testing of Automated Process projects.

• Industry Capability Models Familiarity: Exposure to industry-specific capability models, applying this knowledge to inform development and testing of Automated Process projects, is beneficial for this role. Understanding industry-specific capability models can help streamline development and testing processes. • Advanced Process Modeling: Experience working with advanced process modeling techniques, such as BPMN, is advantageous for creating efficient and effective automated processes. Knowledge of service models and business object models is also valuable. • Customization Expertise: Exposure to customization of models and processes during various project phases can enhance the ability to address technical aspects of automating re-imagined processes and workflows.
