This professional is proficient in writing code in PL/SQL, T-SQL, and DB2 application development for LUW (Linux, Unix, and Windows). They are responsible for designing, developing, and testing database applications, ensuring they are efficient, secure, and meet the required specifications. Additionally, they should have a strong understanding of database concepts, data modelling, and SQL programming. This skill set is in high demand in the IT industry, as businesses rely heavily on database systems for data storage and retrieval. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Should have a 4- 6 yrs of experience working on Advanced PL/SQL * Should have exposure to Unix and shell scripting * 4 to 5 years of experience in Reporting/ Data domain preferably in a Banking industry * Strong programming skills: SQL and PL/SQL (Essential), R Programming * Good experience in using best visualization techniques via Excel Extensive Database skills to work on SQL Server & Teradata. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Experience in producing reports accessing data from multiple source systems, data cleansing, data integrity and preparing Business insights/dashboards to Sr Management/ Key business stakeholder * Familiarity with Risk/Compliance Reporting in Banking domain (Desirable) * Exposure to the Banking domain is an added advantage IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
