Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** * Managing and developing C++ Applications. * Bringing your expertise to solve the application criticality. * C++ coding experience for product application. * Experience on design, code development, unit test and maintain code quality as defined by project. **Required technical and professional expertise** • Open Source Development Expertise: Exposure to developing, supporting, and maintaining applications using open source development platforms such as C, C++, Perl, Python, Node JS, and Django. • Issue Analysis and Resolution: Experience working with open source technologies to analyze and resolve issues, providing timely and effective solutions. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exposure to collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions, providing technical guidance and support. • Technical Guidance and Support: Experience working with clients to provide technical guidance and support on open source platform implementation, customization, and integration. • Solution Implementation: Exposure to implementing solutions that meet client needs, leveraging expertise in open source technologies to deliver high-quality results. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * 3-7 Years of C++ programming language experience. * Good Knowledge required on QT. * Should be able to design, code independently IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
