Your primary responsibilities include Comprehensive Feature Development and Issue Resolution, Stakeholder Collaboration and Issue Resolution and Continuous Learning and Technology Integration **Required technical and professional expertise** * Installation, configuration and maintenance of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments including tools releases, ESUs, ASUs, and application updates. * Manage CNC architecture, including path codes, environments, data sources, and object configurations, Administer JDE WebLogic, HTML servers, AIS servers, BSSV, and Orchestrator. * Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and capacity across JDE components, Perform package builds, deployments, and environment refreshes, Manage scheduler jobs (UBE) and ensure successful execution and error handling. * Maintain security within JDE, including user provisioning, role-based access, and object-level security, Support JDE upgrades, code current initiatives, and disaster recovery planning, Collaborate with application developers, functional consultants, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. * Document processes, configurations, and procedures for internal support and audit purposes, Work with Oracle support on service requests and apply best practices for patches and updates **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Experience in JD Edwards upgrades, tools releases, and cloud migration projects. * Knowledge of third-party tools such as DWS, ReportsNow, Git, or ServiceNow, Oracle certifications or JD Edwards CNC training/certifications. * Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or automated deployment processes IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
