Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** * Conduct SIT, UAT, Regression, and Parallel Run activities (manual testing and automation testing) * Record testing results and defect logs * Report testing results to stakeholders * Prepare test result documents for SIT, UAT, Regression, and Parallel Run **Required technical and professional expertise** * 2-4 years of experience in performing SIT and UAT * Proficient in SDLC technical processes for end-to-end testing * Familiar with automation testing tools such as Postman, Katalon, Selenium, and switching automation testing * Proficient in Relational Database Management Systems (Oracle, SQL Server/MySQL) IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
