Your ability to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients is enabled by our strategic partner ecosystem and our robust technology platforms across the IBM portfolio. **Your role and responsibilities** • Manage and maintain non-productive environments to ensure stability and availability; • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NPE systems and applications; • Collaborate with development and operations teams to support testing and development activities; • Implement and monitor processes to ensure the efficient operation of NPE environments; • Document and communicate NPE support procedures and best practices. **Required technical and professional expertise** • Git, Deployment, Code version, Incident management are required; • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; • Background in system administration or technical support. **Preferred technical and professional experience** • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
