Your ability to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients is enabled by our strategic partner ecosystem and our robust technology platforms across the IBM portfolio **Your role and responsibilities** Develops and deploys cloud-based applications using microservices design patterns, integrating front-end, back-end, and middleware components, and persisting data in NoSQL or RDBMS databases. Utilizes expertise in multiple layers of application development, including Angular, React, CSS3, HTML5, Java, JEE, Spring, Hibernate, Groovy, REST/SOA services, APIGEE, API Connect, and NoSQL/RDBMS databases. Applies DevOps methodologies and tools to ensure efficient development, testing, and deployment of cloud-based applications. Works with senior level practitioners to design, build, and maintain cloud environments, focusing on uptime, access, control, and network security using automation and configuration management tools. **Required technical and professional expertise** Expertise with Java Programming concepts: Java Core version 7.8 or 11 JavaScript using a framework "React" Web service development experience (REST and SOAP) Exposure to messaging tools such as JMS, Kafka, Apache Active MQ Experience with Spring Suite: Springboot or a similar framework like Quarkus Proficient in English B2-C1 **Preferred technical and professional experience** Apache Kafka framework NodeJS Exposure to cloud development: AWS/Openshift (AWS Lambdas and AWS step functions AWS Terraform, OpenShift Services Deployment) IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
