Your ability to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients is enabled by our strategic partner ecosystem and our robust technology platforms across the IBM portfolio **Your role and responsibilities** * Develop, configure, and enhance ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge Management, etc.). * Design and implement workflows, automation rules, UI customizations, business logic, and integration scripts based on operational requirements. * Manage the ITSM application lifecycle including planning, testing, release management, deployment, and documentation. * Analyze business/user requirements and convert them into technical solutions within the ITSM platform. * Build dashboards, reports, and metrics related to SLA/OLA performance and IT service delivery. * Integrate ITSM platforms with external systems (LDAP/Active Directory, monitoring tools, ERP, HRIS, third-party applications). * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; provide second/third-level support for ITSM applications. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, or Java. * Strong understanding of web technologies: REST API, SOAP, JSON, XML. * Experience building workflow automation, business rules, UI policies, and/or custom applications on ITSM platforms. * Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, and data integrations. * Experience with relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) is an advantage. * Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices (Git, CI/CD pipelines) is a plus. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Hiring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage.
