In this role, you will contribute to the development and integration of robust applications and ensure alignment with evolving business goals. This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a remote environment and values collaborative, high-quality outcomes. ResponsibilitiesDrive the design, coding, testing, and integration of advanced software solutions across multiple platforms.Translate business requirements into functional application features and technical specifications.Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and defect resolution to maintain system stability and performance.Coordinate development activities, ensuring architecture standards and data security policies are upheld.Collaborate across teams to optimize technical design and delivery, especially for mission-critical systems. Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or 9+ years of application development experience.Advanced expertise in Oracle databases, specifically Oracle NMS, PL/SQL, SQL, and Java; working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and mentor team members.Strong understanding of Agile methodology, ITIL tools (Jira, ServiceNow), and reporting platforms such as Power BI.U.S. Citizenship required. Must pass comprehensive background screening including financial, criminal, and drug testing.
