Your expertise will lie in managing databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, and CouchbaseDB. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Install and Configure NoSQL Databases: Install, configure, and upgrade various NoSQL server software and related products on Cloud platforms, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. • Manage Cloud-Based Databases: Manage databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, and CouchbaseDB, utilizing your knowledge of their specific features, strengths, and weaknesses to ensure efficient data management. • Apply Cloud Best Practices: Apply cloud-specific database services and best practices to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing database solutions. • Maintain Database Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in NoSQL Cloud Databases, continuously improving your knowledge and skills to deliver cutting-edge solutions. **Required technical and professional expertise** • Exposure to NoSQL Databases: Experience working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, and CouchbaseDB, including their specific features, strengths, and weaknesses. • Cloud Platform Expertise: Exposure to cloud platforms and experience with installing, configuring, and upgrading NoSQL server software and related products on these platforms. • Database Management: Experience working with database management systems, including data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance. • Cloud-Specific Services: Exposure to cloud-specific database services and best practices, including scalability, security, and high-performance database solutions. • Database Administration: Experience with database administration tasks, including performance tuning, troubleshooting, and backup and recovery procedures. **Preferred technical and professional experience** • Familiarity with Cloud-Native Tools: Exposure to cloud-native tools and technologies, enhancing ability to manage and optimize NoSQL Cloud Databases. • Knowledge of Scripting Languages: Experience working with scripting languages, supporting automation and efficiency in database administration tasks. • Understanding of Data Modeling: Exposure to data modeling concepts and techniques, enabling effective data management and optimization in NoSQL Cloud Databases.
