Here's a summary of the essential skills: 1. IBM Db2 for z/OS Administration Strong understanding of Db2 for z/OS architecture, storage structures, and system performance tuning. Proficiency in Db2 system parameters, logging, backup, and recovery strategies. Experience with Db2 utilities (e.g., REORG, RUNSTATS, COPY, RECOVER). Knowledge of SQL tuning and optimization for Db2 on z/OS. 2.
