Job Description
You will be reporting to MANAGER - APP CON AND CONTRACTS, LCS GRC.
Your Responsibilities:Lead Contract Portfolio Whole Commercial Cycle: Drive and lead all contract service commercial activities from the opportunity discovery to order closing.Opportunity Qualification: be able to bring the enough contract service opportunities to accomplish the annual sales goal (AOP), either through sales, distributors, pre-sales team or other channels.Value Proposition:be able to identify and dig out customer business needsdesign the plant service framework according to the data analysis or data insight or market landscapebe able to calculate the ROI through the service offering and the value that can be brought to the customerSales Cycle Management: be able to manage the full pre-sales cycle, including customer needs identification, commercial strategy design, and all internal-related process management.Cross-Functional Collaboration: be able to cooperate with other resources (such as engineering, operation, proposal, T&C, contract delivery) to ensure the order correct entry, delivery execution and its profitability level.Provide expert pre-sales support during critical negotiation phases, including service offering clarification and the value proposition presentation in front of the C-Level customers (plant director, purchasing manager, maintenance manager)Be able to coach, lead the account managers to sell higher contracts valueBe able to conduct a regular funnel review meeting with different sales branch and business development teamsThe Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Automation, Business.5+ years of experience in after-sales service, after-sales business development.Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects, value-driving, and cross-team collaboration skills.Willingness to travel is requiredGood English levelThe Preferred - You Might Also Have:Familiarity with Rockwell industrial automation products (such as PLCs, variable frequency drives)In-depth knowledge of plant service business models, with practical experienceWhat We Offer:Our benefits package includes …
