Your ability to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients is enabled by our strategic partner ecosystem and our robust technology platforms across the IBM portfolio **Your role and responsibilities** * Integration Architecture Expertise: Leverage extensive EAI platform experience to design and implement seamless integration solutions across multiple enterprise systems, ensuring optimal connectivity and communication between diverse technological environments. * Cross-System Communication Facilitation: Utilize deep understanding of various system interfaces and integration patterns to effectively communicate with stakeholders and technical teams, bridging the gap between different system architectures and business requirements. * Scalable System Design: Apply EAI expertise to architect flexible and extensible integration frameworks that can accommodate future system growth and evolving business needs, ensuring long-term sustainability and adaptability. * New System Integration Planning: Lead the integration strategy for newly developed systems with existing EAI platforms, ensuring seamless onboarding and optimal performance while maintaining architectural integrity and business continuity. * Future-Ready Integration Roadmapping: Develop comprehensive integration roadmaps that anticipate system expansion and evolution, incorporating best practices in EAI architecture to support progressive system growth and changing organizational requirements. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Taiwan Banking EAI Experience: Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience in EAI implementation within Taiwan banking industry, familiar with local banking regulations, core banking systems, and financial integration requirements. * EAI Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with IBM Integration Bus/App Connect Enterprise, MuleSoft, or Oracle SOA Suite for enterprise system integration projects. * Integration Technologies: Proficient in REST/SOAP APIs, Message Queues (IBM MQ, Kafka), Database connectivity (JDBC/ODBC), and file transfer protocols (SFTP, AS2). * Banking System Integration: Experience integrating core banking systems, payment gateways, risk management systems, and regulatory reporting platforms with modern digital banking applications. * Architecture Design: Ability to design scalable integration architectures, create technical specifications, and lead integration projects from requirements gathering to production deployment. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Cloud Integration Experience: Hands-on experience with cloud-based integration platforms (IBM Cloud Pak, AWS/Azure integration services) and hybrid cloud connectivity solutions. * Financial Industry Certifications: Professional certifications in integration platforms (IBM Certified, MuleSoft Certified) or financial technology standards (ISO 20022, SWIFT messaging). * DevOps & Automation Skills: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code for integration solution deployment and management.
