Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** * Architect and Develop Banking Solutions: Design and implement robust banking transaction logic using Java 17+ backend services and Angular 10+ frontend applications, ensuring end-to-end integration, high accuracy, and system consistency. * Optimize Performance and CI/CD: Identify performance bottlenecks and define quality gates within the CI/CD pipeline. Implement tools for code quality measurement, scaling methods, and automated logging, monitoring, and alerting systems (including runbook automation) * Critical Issue Resolution: Collaborate with application and support teams during critical situations to troubleshoot and resolve complex transaction-related issues, ensuring high availability in high-volume banking environments. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Advanced Fullstack Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with Java 17+ and Angular 10+ (or associated frameworks), with the ability to deliver high-quality, scalable enterprise-level frontend and backend solutions. * Banking Domain Expertise: A strong understanding of banking operations and transaction flows, including validation, authorization, exception handling, and financial audit requirements. * Quality and Compliance Mindset: A self-driven commitment to high-quality standards with hands-on experience in ensuring transaction correctness and data integrity. * Online Banking Experience (Plus): Direct experience with internet banking transaction processing and high-volume system maintenance is a strong advantage. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Advanced Fullstack Proficiency (Java 17+ & Angular 10+): Deep exposure to Java 17+ backend services and Angular 10+ frontend implementations. This includes advanced TypeScript/JavaScript concepts and associated libraries to deliver high-performance, secure, and scalable banking solutions. * Banking Transaction Expertise: Strong understanding of banking transaction flows, including validation, authorization, exception handling, and audit requirements. Ability to design logic that ensures data integrity and consistency in high-volume environments. * Quality and Issue Analysis: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex transaction-related issues and implement quality gates (e.g., code coverage, performance metrics) within a CI/CD pipeline to maintain high system stability.
