Your ability to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients is enabled by our strategic partner ecosystem and our robust technology platforms across the IBM portfolio **Your role and responsibilities** * Design, architect, and implement enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. * Build, maintain, and scale cloud-native infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and hybrid environments. * Lead automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) initiatives using Terraform. * Develop and maintain Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters and cloud-native deployment patterns. * Implement end-to-end monitoring, alerting, and observability using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or similar. * Apply DevSecOps best practices in code scanning, secret management, and pipeline security. * Troubleshoot complex cloud and production issues, ensuring high availability and performance. * Partner with architects, developers, SREs, and operations teams to deliver reliable, automated, and scalable systems. * Mentor interns and junior engineers to uplift team capability and engineering culture. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, artifacts, environments). * Cloud certification (Azure, AWS, or equivalent). * Proven experience with Terraform (modules, state management, multi-environment deployments). * Experience with monitoring & observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, CloudWatch, etc.). * Deep understanding of CI/CD concepts, deployment strategies, release automation, and Git workflows. * Strong experience with Linux administration, Bash scripting, and at least one modern scripting language (Python preferred). * Expertise with Docker and Kubernetes; experience with OpenShift is highly beneficial. * Hands-on experience integrating security and compliance tooling into pipelines (DevSecOps). * Strong understanding of cloud networking, DNS, load balancers, VPNs, and identity management. * Excellent troubleshooting skills in distributed systems and production environments. * Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). * Knowledge of AI Ops tooling or practices (automation, anomaly detection, predictive insights). * Understanding of GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux). * Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet). * Exposure to SRE methodologies, SLIs/SLOs, and incident response frameworks. * Experience with middleware, Kafka, or event-driven architectures.
