**Your role and responsibilities**
Skills Required: Strong experience with Genesys ConneX Framework, Genesys SIP, Tlib protocol, and the Genesys proprietary event model. Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Java, Experience with ReactJS/Angular for UI development, Knowledge of REST APIs
**Required technical and professional expertise**
Providing client support for contact center applications involves addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. This includes conducting training sessions, creating support documentation, and offering technical assistan
