You will lead the development of Migration Platform solutions for multi-cloud environments, including IBM Cloud, IBM Cloud Private, AWS, and Azure, prioritizing client needs and business benefits. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Lead Migration Solution Development: Develop and deliver Migration Platform solutions for multi-cloud environments, considering client priorities and business benefits. • Collaborate with Client Representatives: Work with client consultants, CIO office, client SMEs, and client program management to develop migration solutions for hybrid cloud platforms. • Build Migration Strategy: Lead the team in creating a migration strategy based on value vs. effort, preparing cost-benefit models, and providing inputs to ROI analysis. • Discuss Migration Solutions: Engage with migration vendors and partners to discuss solution-based tools and vendor specialties. • Deliver Migration Solution Design: Contribute to migration solution design by estimating effort, costing, staffing, and negotiating with clients to tailor solutions to their budgetary guidelines. **Required technical and professional expertise** • Cloud Migration Experience: Exposure to migrating workloads (apps/databases) from on-premises to Azure, with a good understanding of Azure Migrate, Azure Site Recovery Service, and other migration tools. • Multi-Cloud Environment Knowledge: Familiarity with developing Migration Platform solutions for multi-cloud environments, including IBM Cloud, IBM Cloud Private, AWS, and Azure. • Hybrid Cloud Platform Expertise: Experience working with client representatives to develop migration solutions for hybrid cloud platforms (on-prem, off-prem, dedicated cloud). • Migration Strategy Development: Exposure to building migration strategies based on value vs. effort, preparing cost-benefit models, and providing inputs to ROI analysis. • Cloud Network Connectivity: Experience establishing connectivity between on-premise and Cloud networks. **Preferred technical and professional experience** • Cloud Migration Methodology: Exposure to Migration methodology and method tailoring for Client environment and industry, with the ability to contribute to Migration methodology development. • Minimum Marketable Product: Experience discussing Migration solution priorities to benefit Clients through minimum marketable product (MP). • Migration Vendor Partnerships: Exposure to leading discussions with Migration vendors/partners on solution-based tools and vendor specialties.
