Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results. Specifically, you will: * Support the translation of client business requirements into ERP solutions, including requirements approval, communication, traceability and reuse * Contribute to the transfer of functional requirements to development and test teams * Use SAP technology to automate business processes * Stay abreast on updates and new releases in warehousing technologies (SAP and its competitors) * Educate end-users on SAP Fiori, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Service, which at least included in Integration Suite, Build Workzone, Process Automated services. * Provide end user classroom training on the configured SAP before go-live and individual training during hyper-support after the cut-over * Identifying, developing and deploying end-user solutions in ERP systems. Using your deep functional knowledge and familiarity with the SAP UX application, you will ensure that client business requirements are met while providing a variety of advisory services around project management, business process development, implementation support and end-user training. * Basic knowledge of software development methodologies (Waterfall and/or Agile) **Required technical and professional expertise** l 2 or more full life cycle SAP implementations l 4+ years of experience implementing and working SAP UX l Good working knowledge of SAP UX including all SAP new development tools UX design Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines **Preferred technical and professional experience** l At least 5 years consulting experience working for a global systems integrator l SAP Fiori, SAP BTP Certification l 1 year project experience working with global and offshore project teams l 1 year experience with system integration or user acceptance testing l 1 year experience with business process design or re-engineering 1 year experience with developing and implementing end-user training programs IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
