You'll be the advocate for the client while guiding the technical team to implementation **Required technical and professional expertise** * Minimum 12+ Years of experience. * Need D365 CRM architect with copilot experience is must * Service Area- Digital Adoption and Identity (Omni-channel) * Marketing D365 & Knowledge of the marketing functionality including - **Marketing area is expanding, and knowledge of this segment will be a highlight** * Segments, Triggers, Email Creation Knowledge to extend them through multiple connectors - **esp..
