In this role, you will engage with prospective partners, guide them through the application process, and ensure a positive onboarding experience from start to finish.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in customer success, sales support, or account management who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct warm outreach calls to interested prospective partnersManage and prioritize inbound leads to ensure timely follow-upGuide applicants through the application and onboarding processServe as the primary point of contact for applicants, answering questions and providing supportAssist candidates through each stage of the funnel from interest to activationCollect and review required documentation for onboardingCollaborate with internal teams to ensure all program requirements are metMaintain accurate records and updates within CRM systemsRequired Skills & Experience2+ years of experience in:Customer SuccessAccount ManagementSales Support or similar client-facing rolesStrong customer service and communication skillsExperience working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneouslyPreferred QualificationsExperience with onboarding processesbackground in sales or partner developmentStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesDetail-oriented with a customer-first mindsetWhat You’ll GainExposure to a high-growth program supporting small businessesHands-on experience in sales support, onboarding, and customer successJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.50 - $26.50/hr.
