Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Appian Architect to join their clients team remotely in India. This person will be helping rebuild an application from scratch in Appian that is currently in another tool. Core Responsibilities: End-to-End Solution Architecture and Design on the Appian Platform Ability to architect, design, and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions using the Appian low-code platform. This includes translating business requirements into technical solutions, establishing best practices and standards, integrating with external systems, and providing technical leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Detailed Responsibilities : • Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end architecture for complex business applications on the Appian platform, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. • Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor development teams, review code and designs, and ensure adherence to best practices and architectural standards. • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs. • Integration Strategy: Define and implement integration approaches with external systems (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, databases, legacy systems). • Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimize process models, and ensure efficient use of Appian resources. • Governance and Standards: Establish and enforce development standards, security protocols, and governance frameworks for Appian projects. • Quality Assurance: Oversee testing strategies, code reviews, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables. • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Appian platform enhancements and industry trends, and recommend improvements to existing solutions and processes. Additional Key Skills: • Demonstrated expertise in Appian SAIL, process modeling, and data management • Proven experience with enterprise integration patterns and middleware solutions • Strong background in Agile methodologies and proficiency with project management tools • Skilled in end-to-end solution architecture and design on the Appian Platform • Capable of architecting, designing, and leading the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions using the Appian low-code platform • Adept at translating business requirements into robust technical solutions, establishing best practices, and integrating with external systems • Provides decisive technical leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements - 10+ years of Hands on Appian development experience o Most recent experience needs to be as an Appian Architect or Sr. Level Appian Developer.
