Job Description:

McLeod Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA-C) to join our growing team at McLeod Women’s Care at Magnolia, located in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide comprehensive outpatient care for OB, GYN, and annual exams. Collaborate with supervising physician Dr. Jessica Brown and a team of experienced clinicians. Team Composition: 3 physicians (Dr. Brown, Dr. Markley, Dr. Nelson), each supported by clinical staff (LPN/MA), plus an on-site ultrasound tech and clerical team. Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility for possible Saturday clinics in the future. Patient Volume: Approximately 10–20 patients per day. Participate in a structured onboarding process, including shadowing clinicians and orientation through McLeod departments. Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management. No current call responsibilities

Qualifications:

Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years as an NP or PA in a clinical setting. Strong interest in Women’s Health and ability to adapt as the practice expands from GYN-focused care to include OB services. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and participate in ongoing professional development.
