Founded in 1906, McLeod Health is a locally owned and managed, not for profit organization supported by the strength of more than 900 members on its medical staff and more than 2,900 licensed nurses. Job Description

McLeod Health is seeking to hire a compassionate and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA-C) to join our established and growing Digestive Health Center Seacoast located on the coast in Little River, SC.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Inpatient consults and rounding, plus outpatient clinic careMonday through Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PMJoin a team of 2 full-time physicians, 1 locum tenens physician (monthly), and 2 APPsPatient mix: approximately 60% inpatient / 40% outpatientOrientation includes shadowing with providers and APPs, plus access to an interactive online Clinical GI curriculumEPIC EMR

Qualifications:

New graduates welcome; experience in Gastroenterology or Internal Medicine preferredStrong interest in GastroenterologyExcellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skillsCommitment to high-quality, patient-centered careDedication to expertise in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of gastrointestinal (GI) issues.Willingness to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and participate in ongoing professional development, which is essential
