App Marketing Lead, WW International and Prime Shopping

We are looking for a dynamic and organized self-starter to head our marketing function.

As the lead marketing manager for App Marketing for Amazon International Shopping and Prime Marketing team, you’ll own the setting up Paid App Marketing, Expansion GTMs and new Marketing strategies/initiatives to drive shopping app installs. You will be responsible for managing multi-million dollar budgets to drive results efficiently.

You are expected to be an expert of driving app installs through different channles (such as Appstore marketing, influencer and social media channel marketing, promotions etc) that makes you capable of not only running these channels but also set the vision (and execute it) to scale those channels across multiple countries. We are looking for a candidate who hands experience doing both of these as you will directly contribute in setting the strategic direction of the marketing function and programs to cast impact on customers from across 200+ countries worldwide.

You’ll be the owner of all Paid App Marketing and driving app installs for Amazon Global International Shopping (which includes three business - Amazon Bazaar (newest app for low price shopping in emerging countries)., Amazon Export and Amazon Prime - non footprint destinations). This includes setting up the right measurement and tooling in partnership with Tech, Product and our BI/DE teams. You will be responsible for setting the strategies for each channel, mechanisms to organize, communicate progress and be responsible for executing those strategies on your own for some channels and via agencies and central channel teams for others. You will be the face of paid channel marketing and report performance and growth of those channels to senior/C-Suite leaders on a weekly basis.

You’ll partner with various stakeholder teams, both internal and external to the broader org, including BizOps, Product, UX, BI, DEX, Finance, Legal, Policy, Global Comms, AME, XCM, Prime, Prime Video, Fuse, Payments, and Haul to meet the needs of our international customer base and lifecycles.


Key job responsibilities
• Own and drive paid app marketing to drive app installs and engagement along with cross-funnel marketing strategies, collaborating with partner teams to launch integrated campaigns.
• Develop marketing investment frameworks, customer segmentation, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
• Define paid app and app store marketing channel approach in SVP level Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for new programs and features.
• Build and maintain detailed paid marketing playbooks and experimentation plans aligned with product roadmaps, customer needs, and business priorities.
• Set up mechanisms to communicate performance and be responsible for marketing PnL for three international amazon business (Amazon Bazaar/Amazon Exports and Amazon Prime International)
• Collaborate with strategic channel/product partners, and establish a scalable strategy to automate, streamline and optimize AI solutions in marketing practices.

We aim to delight cross-border (XB) customers by delivering a localized and personalized shopping experience, and a reliable and accurate delivery experience. We are looking for an experienced marketer and self-starter to join our Amazon Exports team and lead the digital marketing team to drive customer acquistion, engagement and retention across owned and operated as well as offsite channels.
