**Qualifications**
**APN Requirements:**
+ Graduation from Accredited relevant APN program
+ New York State certificate/license (as applicable including RN license for NPs, CRNAs and Nurse Midwives)
+ National Board Certification
+ DEA Licensure
+ BLS and ACLS Certification
+ Infection Control Certification
**Physician Assistant Requirements:**
+ Graduation from Accredited Physician Assistant Program, Masters preferred
+ NCCPA Board Certification
+ New York State Licensure
+ DEA Licensure
+ BLS and ACLS Certification
+ Infection Control Certification
**Responsibilities**
We are seeking NPs and PAs to join our dynamic APP teams, who demonstrate clinical excellence through collaboration. In alignment with the mission of the Mount Sinai Health System our APPs are focused on advancing clinical practice to provide well-coordinated, compassionate, safe, quality, and evidence-based care among the diverse communities we serve in full partnership with our interdisciplinary team members.
To support our family of APPs the Mount Sinai Health System launched the Center for Advanced Practice Providers (CAPP) in 2022 to promote the profession, practice and contributions of APPs. The CAPP team will be present on site to give you an insight about our unique culture and the myriad of ways you can make an impact as an APP by joining our team.

+ Provide care for patients in collaboration with the physician and within the guidelines mutually agreed upon by clinical and medical administration.
