We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

Work on Incident Management, Problem Analysis, Log Analysis, Debugging, Certificates Renewal and Vulnerabilities Fixes.

Work on Devops tools such as Jenkins.

Acknowledge the Incidents and Alerts and work pro-actively to close the same on time.

Understand business processes and SLA’s and accordingly prioritize the activities.

Perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and work on providing permanent resolution to the Incidents.

Provide on-call support as per the defined ROTA.

Monitor application/system performance and logs.
