Job Title: Service Technician
Job Description

The Service Technician will be responsible for general building maintenance and preparing vacant apartments for new tenants. The role includes tasks such as fixing door handles, resolving stovetop issues, installing dishwashers, repairing and changing toilets, and changing batteries in alarm systems.

Work Environment

Work across several sites in the Irvine area, including Tustin Marketplace, Woodbury, Irvine Spectrum, Fashion Island, and Turtle Rock. Enjoy a variety of tasks in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newport Beach, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
