Job Description
Maintain the physical condition of the property.Ensure that service requests and repairs are performed correctly and in a timely mannerAssist with organizing and prioritizing service requests and general maintenance tasksAssist with overseeing make ready operation and ensuring that vacant units are made rent ready in a timely mannerMay install laminate flooringAssist with maintaining a proper inventory of supplies and tools.Assist with maintaining a preventive maintenance program that minimizes emergency repairs, service requests, and the utilization of outside contractors.Adhere to safety program, policies and procedures and hazard communications program.Special projects or additional duties as assigned

Work Experience
Appliance repairHVAC knowledge is a plusCPO certification is a plusMust be able to transport or move up to 50 pounds variable distancesMobility and flexibility to use 4 foot ladder.Ability to perform general maintenance repair tasks without endangering themselves, residents or fellow employees.Observation skills
