Temp-to-Hire position$15.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)JOB DUTIES:Complete all necessary repairs, painting, cleaning, and maintenance tasks to ensure apartments are move-in ready for new residents.Clean and prepare vacant units for new occupants, including ensuring appliances are in working order, walls are painted, and floors are spotless.Inspect apartments for damage and address any maintenance issues before move-ins.Replace or repair any damaged fixtures, fittings, or furniture in the unit.DRESS CODE: Jeans (no holes), Steel toe shoes, and a work appropriate shirt.WORK ENVIRONMENT:Inside/OutsidePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Standing, walking, lifting, climbing, reaching, squatting
Apartment Maintenance Member Qualifications:
must have steel toe bootsbe able to submit hourly timesheets from mobile phoneMinimum of 1-5 years of maintenance experienceApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
