**Summary:**
Meta is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Global Workplace Services team as the APAC Regional Facilities Director. This role will be based in Singapore and will report directly to the Head of Global Workplace Delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services across the APAC region and will have matrix responsibility for coordinating with global real estate, transaction management, and project management teams.

APAC Regional Facilities Director Responsibilities:
1. Integrated Facilities Management (IFM): Lead and manage IFM services across the APAC region, ensuring high-quality service delivery that meets the needs of our diverse workforce
2. Real Estate Strategy: Collaborate with the global real estate strategy team to develop and implement regional plans that align with business objectives and support regional growth. Provide local market expertise and insights to inform global strategies
3. Transaction Management: Work closely with the global transaction management team to coordinate real estate transactions, including lease negotiations, acquisitions, and dispositions. Ensure seamless execution and compliance with company policies and procedures
4. Project Management: Partner with the global project management team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Coordinate with regional stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for project initiatives
5. Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, managing contracts, performance, and issue resolution to ensure seamless service delivery
6. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
7. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for facilities services, ensuring cost-effective solutions that meet business needs
8. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional partners, including business executives and corporate functions, to ensure alignment and support for facilities initiatives
9. Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of facilities professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
10. Travel: Expectations to travel up to 50% of the time
**Minimum Qualifications:**

11. Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field
12. 15+ years' experience in corporate real estate and/or facilities management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
13. Comprehensive experience of delivering facilities programs across APAC
14. Proven track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement in IFM programs
15. Demonstrated understanding of the commercial terms of outsourcing contracts and delivery methodologies
16. Experience managing vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and performance management
17. Experience communicating and presenting effectively to diverse audiences, with the ability to influence senior leaders
18. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with track record of identifying opportunities for improvement
19. Experience working in a global fast-paced environment, with an inclusive approach navigating cultural nuances and regional differences
