This position is an opportunity in the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) organization by leading APAC Profitability function, responsible for driving financial performance and profitability improvement across both existing and new operational models. We are looking for a candidate who is ready to roll up their sleeves and own strategic programs and initiatives using core analytical, financial knowledge, and project management skills. The projects this person would own will influence key stakeholders decisions, our partners' financial success and sustainability with Amazon across our entire network.
Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is highly enthusiastic, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple teams to solve ambiguous challenges. The successful candidate must be able to effectively engage with stakeholders across various teams and locales to drive actionable solutions to unique challenges.

Key job responsibilities
• Drive strategic financial initiatives that accelerate growth and improve profitability across the APAC last mile logistics network
• Develop comprehensive financial analysis frameworks integrating data from operations, partnerships, and audits
• Create scalable financial tracking systems that identify and quantify improvement opportunities
• Design predictive analytics tools to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with global teams to implement profit optimization strategies
• Craft compelling business cases for senior leadership that highlight financial metrics and strategic recommendations

Your workday will be a dynamic blend of strategic planning, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll engage in deep-dive financial investigations, develop advanced modeling tools, and transform complex data into actionable insights that drive operational excellence.

Basic Qualifications
- Proven experience defining program requirements using data-driven metrics
- Expertise in implementing repeatable processes and driving automation
- Demonstrated ability to own program strategy and communicate results to leadership
- Intermediate Excel skills, including advanced formula and data manipulation techniques
- Comprehensive program or project management experience
- Professional English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in accounting/finance process improvement projects
- Advanced degree in business intelligence, finance, engineering, or related quantitative field
- Advanced SQL and Python programming skills
- Proficiency in AWS analytics services and visualization tools
