APAC Prestige Portfolio Business Strategy Intern

JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Within the Prestige Portfolio Business Strategy team, you will support the development of a wide portfolio of international eyewear brands (Coach, Emporio Armani, Michael Kors, Diesel, etc.) across the APAC region. 

Your role will be pivotal in assisting the APAC Portfolio Business Manager (based in Singapore) and Prestige Product Strategy (based in Shanghai) to drive portfolio growth, consolidate local brand projects, and report results to Regional and Global teams.  

You will contribute to the execution of effective marketing plans aligned with market needs and the premium positioning of the brands, working closely with local and global teams across APAC to ensure business priorities are addressed and aligned with corporate strategies. 

 

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES: 

Data-Driven Analysis: Conduct weekly/monthly analysis of category (sun/optical) trends, portfolio, brand, and product performance by market and channel (sell-in/sell-out, net sales, AUR, distribution), using Luxottica Business Intelligence platforms and dashboards. 

Extract, organize & consolidate data from different sources to create dashboards for KPI monitoring. 

Summarize insights and prepare PowerPoint presentations to share with managers and teams. 

 

Market & Cross-Channel Support: Support the APAC Portfolio Business Strategy team (Singapore, Shanghai, Milan) with daily tasks and ensure smooth information flow between Global and Local teams. 

Coordinate local projects: define and share timelines, meeting minuted, set reminders, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely delivery. 

Track and report project execution: door coverage, product/tools feedback, budget spent, and photo reports. 

Constant alignment with Markets and Brand teams to address enablers and barriers to execution. 

Collect & consolidate key projects insights shared by markets into clear communication & presentations for stakeholders. 

 

Product & Brand Reviews: Support the team in preparing & layouting PowerPoint decks for monthly/quarterly Product & Brand reviews. 

If needed conduct in-depth brand/product analyses and contribute to 360° relaunch or growth plans when needed (analyses, research, competitor studies). 

 

Management of Internal Stakeholders:

Manage cross-market (APAC) relationships, collecting local needs and cascading brand information. 

Coordinate calls/meeting with markets, Milan and New York teams when required. 

Lead or support projects independently or in collaboration with internal teams. 

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS: 

Master’s degree in Business/Marketing, with internship or work experience in a multinational environment preferred 

Strong analytical and project management skills; advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency (SAP BO a plus) 

Positive, proactive, solution-oriented, and hands-on attitude

Comfortable working in a multicultural & complex environment
