How will you make an impact?
The ERP Supply Chain Manager provides vision and leadership to the IT ERP OTC, Operation, Distribution, Planning and Procurement team. This role is responsible for project, improvement-related and support delivery for the ERP systems in order-to-cash, operations, logistics, scheduling, and purchasing functions incl. Assessment, costing, determination of scope and effort estimation for all developments and upgrades related to both E1 and cloud-based ERP systems using their own knowledge and pulling from others on the team for this purpose. The ERP Manager will work alongside other team members, functional leads, offshore and external vendors, to guarantee projects and system improvements are delivered, demonstrating the global resource pool, in an efficient manner without negatively impacting quality, as well as providing support in resolving service delivery matters and ensuring SLA’s for service are met. This position will also be responsible for the support activities, manage resources/vendors and budget to ensure successful delivery in a cost-effective way. Besides managing a team, this position includes direct involvement in delivery.

Manage and develop a distributed team of highly skilled functional systems analysts, including setting annual performance goals, developing career plans and ensuring the team is highly motivatedMentor other Systems Analysts within the functional teamPartner with the Architecture team to design new solutions to meet business requirementsAble to articulate solution options and using E1 and ERP cloud configuration creatively versus developing enhancementsSupport projects of critical importance; provide leadership and guidance to global project teams for planning, building, and deliveryCoordinate with development team and monitor the progress of developing activities and updating the status with respective teamsLead, debate, and communicate with key decision makers internally and externally; serve as mentorEngage actively in Major Incident Management (MIM) calls and Post-Mortem Reviews Effective and efficient management of all functional E1 and cloud ERP Project Execution activity to ensure that it is delivered in a consistent, harmonized and productive manner within the guidelines of the Project Management Framework (PMF)Management and accountability for the achievement of all Metrics (SLAs);Cost effectiveness, quality and on-time delivery of all functional aspects of Enhancements and ProjectsDelivery and support of incident/break/fix and production supportEffectively manage the relationship with internal business partnersManage the various internal and external vendor teams to deliver Change Requests within established SLA’sCollaborate with other ERP Functional Leads - Project Execution to deliver a seamless global project execution model. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience acceptable.Minimum of 7-10 years of E1/Cloud ERP Project Management incl. direct management or team leading experience8 years of experience in a similarly complex technical organizationDemonstrated experience with project management/delivery / ITIL in a regulated environmentTool & Technology Skills
Strong E1 implementation experience, Cloud ERP is PlusAgile DevOps experienceKnowledge, Skills, Abilities
