Job Description
This position involves leading and overseeing the Accounts Payable (AP) and Disbursement processes for over 43,000 invoices on a monthly basis within a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Accounts Payable team, ensuring efficient processing of invoices.Oversee the PO-based invoice process and ensure compliance with SAP and three-way match procedures.Coordinate monthly and annual AP closings to ensure accurate recording of capital and expense transactions.Establish and maintain documentation and internal controls for AP functions and monitor compliance.Provide backup for Accounts Receivable functions and lead one AR team member.Essential Skills
Experience in Accounts Payable within a manufacturing setting.Proficiency in SAP and three-way match processes.Experience managing an AP team of 2+ employees.Experience with general ledger and reporting.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and formulas.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.4+ years of experience in an AP department processing 20,000+ invoices per month.4+ years of experience leading and managing an AP department with 2+ direct reports.Experience in the manufacturing (chemical) industry.Experience within a SOX environment.Work Environment
The role is based onsite in Malvern and operates 5 days per week. This position falls under the VP & Treasurer group and involves leading a team of 2 members. The company offers a family-like atmosphere despite being a mid-sized global organization.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $48.00/hr.
