We have an exciting opportunity with a well-known organization in the transportation industry that is looking for a seasoned AP Supervisor to support daily operations and help lead a large team through an ongoing system integration. This is a long-term contract with a strong chance of full-time hire.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee AP workload and provide support to staff and contractorsMonitor KPIs and process reportsMaintain SOPs and support process improvementsApprove payments, vendor setups, and statement auditsAssist with month-end close and SOX compliance

What We're Looking For:

Must-Haves:

5+ years of progressive AP experience3+ years of supervisory experienceStrong communication and knowledge of Procure-to-PayIntermediate Excel skills

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with PeopleSoft or other large ERPsDegree (any field)
