We’re urgently hiring an Accounts Payable Vendor Specialist with experience in vendor setup and maintenance in Oracle. Qualifications:
+ 1+ year of Accounts Payable experience
+ Experience with vendor setup and maintenance
+ Comfortable working with W9s and 1099 reporting
+ High school diploma or GED required
+ Experience with Oracle and Excel preferred
+ Comfortable doing some manual work
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Ability to work in a nuanced, non-repetitive environment
+ Excellent communication and accountability
Work Environment:
Based in Southern Denver. Fully onsite role with some flexibility for occasional needs. Team of 4, 2 in payment processing, 2 in vendor management.
Salary Range: $24-26/hr
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
