\n\t\t\t\t\tExperience\n•\tNo accounting experience required; light experience is okay but anyone with many years of experience should be excluded, as this is an entry-level position and it becomes difficult to unwind outdated habits\n•\tRetail and/or restaurant experience is preferred, as those jobs provide experience with de-escalation tactics related to unhappy customers\n•\tI’m not a fan of job-hopping. Please avoid anyone who cannot hold a job for longer than a year or has large gaps in employment, unless the gaps are related to focus on school.\n•\tCandidate should be fairly outgoing and be comfortable holding a conversation.\n\nEducation\n•\tBachelor’s in Accounting preferred, but any business-related degree will be considered.\no\tDegree from UCF or other major university is preferred\no\tI will consider someone who is within a year of graduation, provided they do not need adjustments to their schedule and can support a 40 hour work week

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.
