Job Description
This entry-level role is responsible for keying invoices for restaurant services.
Responsibilities
Key invoices accurately for restaurant services.Maintain organized records and ensure accurate data entry.Communicate effectively with team members and external partners.Essential Skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Excellent communication and people skills.Proficiency in invoice processing and data entry.Familiarity with Microsoft Office.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Retail or restaurant experience preferred due to related skills in de-escalation tactics.Outgoing personality and comfort with holding conversations.Bachelor’s in Accounting preferred, but any business-related degree from a major university is acceptable.Consideration for candidates within a year of graduation, provided they can support a 40-hour work week.Work Environment
Work in a beautiful office building featuring a large cafeteria on the first floor. Initially, the role requires onsite presence five days per week for the first three months. After this period, there is an option to work from home two days per week, if performance is satisfactory, with the exception that work from home cannot occur on Mondays and Fridays or two consecutive days.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.
