Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist Job Description The Accounts Payable Specialist will ensure that invoices are processed and paid according to company policy, while resolving any issues or questions related to accounts payable. Responsibilities + Match invoices to online purchase orders accurately and timely. + Enter non-purchase order invoices accurately and in a timely manner. + Review invoice entries for accuracy. + Work with branches to ensure invoices are paid according to company policy. + Maintain positive relationships with branch offices and company suppliers. + Process at least 200+ invoices per week, including reviewing, entering, and processing. + Handle purchase orders, check returns, and voids. + Communicate with vendors and manage remittance address calls. + Manage ACH setup requests. Essential Skills + Proficiency in invoice processing and purchase order management. + Experience with Accounts Payable and invoicing. + Familiarity with JD Edwards. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business since 2022 with some business experience or internship. + Experience in a client-facing role such as customer service, banking, financial advising, or loan processing. + Experience with basic sorting and filtering in Microsoft Excel. Work Environment This role is part of an Accounts Payable team of over 30 members and reports to the Senior AP Manager. The position is based onsite five days per week, from Monday to Friday, at a state-of-the-art facility in Blue Bell, PA. The facility includes a gym, which consultants have full access to. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blue Bell, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
