A large Orlando-based hospitality company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in accounting within a high-volume, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and verify invoices accurately and efficientlyPerform 2-way and 3-way match of purchase orders and receiptsMaintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactionsAssist with month-end closing and reportingCollaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepanciesSupport the team with data entry and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)Previous AP or accounting experience preferredAbility to thrive in a high-volume processing environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsEagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
