One of our major oil and gas clients is seeking an Accounts Payable Representative to work on 12 - month assignment in their facilities in Midland, TX.

Summary: Under the guidance of the Division’s Supply Chain Manager, and in direct support of the Supply Chain Lead, the Accounts Payable Representative will be responsible for ensuring accurate coding and processing of all invoices in a timely manner.
Responsibilities: Verifying Vendor Rates. Disputing Inaccurate Invoices. Contacting and assisting vendors regarding invoice inquires. Coding Invoices Daily. Rental Light Tower Tracker. Rental Reports: Production, Automation, and Water Department (Gathering and listing all assets that are currently on rent to the company, and sending them out weekly to designated department for field consultants to verify their rentals). Maintain Yearly Vendor Rate Sheet (Work in conjunction with vendor to ensure accurate rates are submitted in a timely manner and reviewed by COR Lead; Ensure updated rental rates are on file). Requirements:
  High School Diploma or GED. Microsoft office application. Data entry. SAP (preferred).
