Job Title: Reporting Analyst
Job Description
The Reporting Analyst is responsible for driving timely and accurate reporting and analysis efforts within the Procure to Pay (P2P) group. This role involves executing transactions and cost postings that go beyond typical one-off Accounts Payable (A/P) items, contributing to special projects, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
+ Generate periodic reporting for key A/P control accounts and team KPIs.
+ Handle month-end related accruals for the A/P team.
+ Provide analysis and resolution on aged items in control accounts such as Trade A/P and GR/IR.
+ Complete reconciliations tied to key A/P internal controls.
+ Review and make decisions on vendor master data requests as needed.
+ Support annual 1099 reporting and semi-annual unclaimed property filings.
+ Process rebills/allocations of centrally-billed goods/services.
+ Assist with T&E system data management and reporting.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert for working with large data sets, clearing/sweeps journal entries, etc.
+ Support special projects of the P2P team as directed by team management.
+ Act as a backup resource for the company credit card administrator role and bank account administration function.
+ Execute efforts to drive compliance with company travel & expense policy among company credit cardholders.
Requirements
+ 3 years of relevant experience with a strong understanding of SAP for data analysis, monitoring, and reporting.
+ Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes.
+ Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, and to a lesser extent, Access.
+ Familiarity with Concur T&E and Purchasing Card programs.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent relevant experience.

You will have the opportunity to work with large data sets and advanced financial systems, utilizing technologies such as SAP and MS Office. The dress code is business casual, and the work involves collaborating closely with team members and management to achieve set goals.

This is a Permanent position based out of Irving, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
